BREAKING NEWS !!! Last chance for Pahang gov't to settle RM77mil
Rose Ong an Australian investor, has issued a 14-day ultimatum to the Umno-led state government for payment of some RM77 million due to SGM, based on the order of the Kuantan High Court in May 2007.
This comprises the principal sum of RM37,127,471.60, with accumulated interest of 8 percent per annum since December 2000. Ong is entitled to more than half of the sum.
If the Pahang government does not pay up, she will - through her Queen's Counsel lawyer - pursue the matter in the International Court of Justice in Hague.
UMNO Pahang kena bayar 77 juta kepada Rose Ong, pelabur Australia dalam masa 14 hari setelah Mahkamah Tinggi Kuantan pada bulan Mei 2007 perintahkan UMNO Pahang berbuat demikian. Jika UMNO enggan, mereka akan diseret oleh Peguam Diraja ke Mahkamah Antarabangsa di Hague, Belanda.
Makin bangkraplah UMNO selepas ini. 77 juta bukannya sikit. Kepada rakyat Pahang, sedarlah bahawa anda selama ini dirompak oleh UMNO Pahang. Sedarlah sikit. Ubahlah cepat-cepat sebelum terlambat.
